02Bracelets are mandatory and visible at all times — no replacements if removed.
03No outside food or drinks — bags are checked at entry.
04No flash photography or videotaping during performances.
05Props drop off dates TBA, 5–9 PM only — none accepted after.
06No liquids, paint, loose glitter, oil, or powder as props or costume elements.
07Explicit lyrics must be removed from music or face a 5-point deduction.
08Extra time is available in 20-second increments at $20 each — music cuts at the limit.
09Parents of dancers under 9 need a purchased bracelet to access dressing rooms.
10No alcohol, drugs, or vaping anywhere on premises.
11Disrespect or a physical altercation with staff, volunteers, or the emcee results in automatic disqualification.
12Sun City Dance Classic reserves the right to change rules, schedules, or performance times without prior notice.
13An alternate replacing an injured dancer must clear registration and sign a waiver before competing.
14Bring backup music on a labeled flash drive (event, director, studio, division) — hand it to your check-in volunteer.
15Studio directors/coaches are responsible for picking up trophies at the awards ceremony — none held afterward.
