Kristal Torres, a military brat, whose passion for dance has led her to being a dance educator for over 20 years. She is a traveling instructor that specializes in multiple methods of Ballet, Jazz, and Contemporary. She is a graduate from DuPont Manual Youth Performing Arts High School and attended Marymount Manhattan College to study Fine Arts. throughout her high school career, she trained with Louisville Ballet Civic Company and performed the Louisville Ballet Company. She also received acceptance and attended numerous summer programs to Nutmeg Ballet, Joffery Ballet, Long Beach Ballet, and Alvin Ailey. She was also an exclusive attendee to the Julliard’s December Sleepover, which lead to Conservatory Acceptance. Kristal has not only performed with El Paso’s very own UTEP Ballet , but is also former dancer for Walt Disney World. She performed in the famous show Festival of the Lion King at Animal Kingdom, and in The Disney Channel Rocks Show, Monster U at Hollywood Studios. She has multiple live appearances on “Good Morning America”, and on “Kelly and Regis”. Kristal is the founder and director of In Cadence Dance Co. and a dance educator for Rowlette Dance Academy, she is a Ballet Instructor for RDA Ballet Company, and Instructor/ Choreographer RDA Competition Company.
