Registration Info

Registration for Sun City Dance Classic 2025 opens on October 4, 2025. All registration packets will be emailed electronically by Sun City Dance Classic director Monica Perez-Nava to campuses and studios. Registration submissions will be due by January 31, 2025. Late registration will be due by February 7, 2025. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL INCUR A $75.00 PER ENTRY LATE FEE. FINAL MUSIC SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DUE BY FEBRUARY 17, 2025 AT 11:59 P.M.

Directors Meeting

A MANDATORY Directors Meeting will be on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. This date is subject to change. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE DIRECTOR’S MEETING AS WELL AS MUSIC. TEAM ROSTERS MUST BE TURNED IN. NO EXCEPTIONS!

DIRECTORS: If you are unable to attend, please send a representative in your place to represent your studio/team so there is no confusion. Any school or studio not in attendance, will be deducted 5 points off their score.

Out of town participants are not required to attend but should contact Monica Perez to make arrangements prior to competition. All fees must be paid prior to the Directors Meeting.

IF REQUIRED ITEMS ARE NOT SUBMITTED AT THE DIRECTOR’S MEETING AN AUTOMATIC 10 POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR EACH CATEGORY THAT THE SCHOOL/STUDIO IS COMPETING IN.
